Being busy, as it makes the day go by faster.

They do seem to actually care about our mental health and well being.

If I want help, and if I ask for it, I know I'll get it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I liked the ClassPass option, but the amount of credits we get now has made it not as impressive. We also used to get a certain amount for health purchases throughout the year but the best part now is just the PTO.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Good opportunity to learn by doing and to see your accomplishments come to fruition if you're effective. Once I understood that expectations of knowledge didn't equal training to gain knowledge, it freed me from asking colleagues for help. There is some joy in completing daily self-assigned tasks.
