Initially, everything begins well, but later, management backstabs all. In my office, management people are friends before joining the firm! Then they help each other, now they are all operations heads and ruling as dictators! no benefits for employees

Don't be a slave. Ask management about their wrong decision.

Equality, respect and allowing the employee to use MELTWATER benefits (at least 50% of benefits).

Good respect and equality, and educating the managers about DEI is not empowering favorite women among the team.

Don't be superlative, don't exploit, give the talent at least a chance. Don't blackmail the people by their process
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value the employee by their knowledge and skill. not by their appearance and where they are from. Please let them know not to oppress people!
