I started at Meltwater in 2019 and thought it would be my forever home. Such a great place to work, collaboration was at all time high as well as innovation and everyday at work felt exciting and something new. Covid, headcount reductions, mass exodus, and new exec leadership changed that completely
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. I don't want to work in fear that I may lose my job because Sales dipped for a quarter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance is great. Culture is ok but we've cut back on all expenses related to building culture and relationships.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, willing to help, capable team members. Everyone feels as though we are working towards the same goal even if it doesn't feel like that across other teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a meaniful impact and being recognized for it. Having new leadership 4 times over the past 2 years I feel as though new leadership isn't aware of me.
