Realistic expectations, realistic situation, they hire for character first, knowledge second

High salary, (almost) free choice of phone, great work from wherever policy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is supportive and friendly, as well as highly motivated. Questions are encouraged and everyone is fun to interact with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great support, up to date and realistic expectations. They understand the needs of us engineers and try to make happen whatever they can for us to have a great workplace!
