working with a group of like minded people, we work together to achieve something great and tackle some problems, we are given real responsibilities, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, as long as we take the initiative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the team would need to review their employee salary package and benefits every year, benchmark our compensation package with the other Saas companies and make it more in line with those offered by other organizations of similar size, so we wont lose our people and the people would feel more valued.
