I like working here. I have a good relationship with my team and my manager. It's busy, we work hard, and we have targets to hit, but it's never overly stressful - it feels like we're all rowing together. I especially enjoy being part of an international company, working with global colleagues.

Working with an international team made up of lots of different interesting people. Before lockdown, I really enjoyed the opportunity to travel regularly.

It's a friendly, relaxed environment. Everybody gets along well, there are no office politics. It's just a nice group of people to spend your working day with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels like everybody who leads this team has worked their way up through the ranks - they're able to lead well because they've all done the jobs that more junior staff have done.
