I like working at Meltwater, it's a competitive environment but we have been able to create a culture where there's no room for sharp elbows. I feel that my opinion is valued. What I struggle with is how I can deliver an impact in a sales organization in a non sales role

there's an open feedback culture + you surely get pushed out of your comfort zone

everyone is really driven but also humble and willing to learn, so it creates an environment where I feel at home
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about employees. Although they are mostly interested in meeting their targets, they really do care about the people and personalities in their teams
