Each individual brings a different perspective to solving a problem. People are easy to talk to and can be very inclusive to make people feel welcome

The willingness to help others succeed. Unlike other sales organizations, there is a big emphasis on a team mentality and helping others get across the line.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with my colleagues on a daily basis. Seeing them is what brings a smile to my face and gets me out of bed in the morning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the sales organization, their isn't a large enough difference in base pay between senior managers and managing directors coupled with the fact that managing directors can't make commission.

For the industry, the base is a bit lower. That said the commission and bonus structure are better compared to many other SaaS companies so it helps make up for it
