I enjoy spending time with my colleagues, because they are not only achievers, but they like to have fun.

The leadership team is dynamic and supportive. When challenges arise, I know that I will be listened to and supported.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The revenue I generate for the company is not aligned to the salary I get paid. Especially when looking at the revenue, and office structures of international offices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is not in line with the market average, it's lower. A 25% increase in base salary is necessary to ensure that the MD role is attractive in the local market.
