I have worked here for a long time and have had a lot of life changing events happen. The company has adapted to my needs but also found ways for me to be successful and advance in my career. My manager never allows me to place ceilings on myself.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My time at Meltwater is a little different than most -- I started my career and then almost immediately moved out of state as a military spouse. My managers have always pushed me to succeed and focused on advancing my career, I have never felt the need to choose between work and family!

the level of transparency and efforts to create community (even pre covid)

Even as a remote employee I have always felt included in office events, inside jokes, and out of office chatter.

Positive Client Feedback on calls or via email about new features I showed them to help solve business critical things
What are some of the best things about your team?
No sharp elbows! We always help where we can and now with our intranet help center and company Slack the means of helping and communicating have just gotten better.
What makes you most happy at work?
When clients take the time to compliment our product -- specifically how they love the product updates we roll our so often and our live chat! It feels like we are a good investment!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has the clients interest at heart on my team. We all brainstorm to find ways to benefit them. Love the new slack - I have never felt more connected in my last 8 years here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my career, our maternity leave policy stands out as one of the best compared to my friends across the US. I have experienced this twice now and each time the process is better and more efficient.
