Its genuine and not forced.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really solid PTO package and I think that the healthcare coverage is strong given how young the employees at our company are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that my leadership team is personally invested in me. Not just my direct manager, but my AD as well as my VP make an effort to be involved and know more about me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hitting targets and getting to celebrate with my team :). Aside from that, I really value the opportunity for personal development and the option to try out roles and not feel pigeonholed if its not a perfect fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are actually a team and we aren't pitted against each other for promotions or accolades. All promotions are based solely on merit and not arbitrary rules and it makes it easier to have real relationships with your coworkers when you don't feel as if they might be gunning for the same promotion.
