Their efforts to stay involved and in touch with employees regardless of title, their personal investments in developing my career and their passion for keeping Meltwater true to our culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A low base salary for my seniority, number of years with the company and the time I put into the job compared with similar roles in my city. Love the ability to earn through commission and bonuses but base should increase with inflation and should be higher than it currently is.
