I think Meltwater has a good engineering culture. However the fact that we are all distributed around the world sometimes makes it hard to collaborate.

Everyone is very open and willing to help. we have a very good work culture.

I have the freedom to shape the road map the way I think it should be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base pay is quite good, through my bonus is a little low as compared to the industry standard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that everyone is always willing to help out when there are issues. people try to share ideas even though we may be in different locations and time zones.
