Everyone has a genuine willingness to help out and move us towards our common goals. There is a great sense of camaraderie. I see all my colleagues as my friends.

My manager and my team are truly my close friends. We are invested in each others success. I fight for them, and I know they fight for me as well. I've also traveled the world with them, an added bonus!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows our values and is bought into them. They aren't just words on our website. We have high expectations for ourselves and our work, but at the same time don't take things too seriously, and remember to have a laugh and have fun.
