Watching teams excitement about what they are building and building successfully and efficiently without hard deadlines.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open and honest communication. We also have the tools to work remotely and have been more productive since working from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and the willingness to answer hard questions. They offer Q&A sessions quite often with an opportunity to submit anonymous questions ahead of time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared with listed salaries on other sites, we are low. Also, we have been told salaries are based on information provided by third-party company but I have never seen that information and it seems like if they were using that, we should be able to see it. This isn't a Meltwater only issue.
