How involved they are in the decisions being made at every level as well as the fact that they give you challenges that you might not think you are ready for yet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, that everyone is a "yes person" and is willing to help out. Haven't had one person say that they couldn't help me with a task or project in the 1.5 years I've been with Meltwater
