Good health plan. I would hate to see it adjusted to anything less than we have now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the communication via email, town halls, etc. Previous employers have done the bare minimum. Though there is always room for improvement, keeping us informed (good or bad) is appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along very well, both professionally and socially. It is easy to rely on my team members if I have a day off. I know everything will be covered properly. No one person is pulling all the weight.
