Strong results and seeing my team develop. Exposure to our biggest clients and being involved in conversations to uncover their true need for our services.

The transparency these days is the best it has ever been! Exciting new leadership changes and an even more exciting future in store for the company and it's employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally feel my base should be higher. My OTE is lower than it should be compared to the marketplace and similar experience. I do love the structure of the bonus / Commission, but the base should be higher.
