Transparency and the investment in people to succeed. The belief of the company will only do well when the employees do well is a strong part of the culture passed down from the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great environment to learn from my peers and the opportunity to work on key projects with varying levels of experience and tenure. There is never a feeling of superiority or people being overlooked if they have only been with the company a short period of time.
