Changes in the executive leadership and how they motivate. Trust is earned and when it is lost, it is difficult to regain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sales side of the house needs to invest in proper development of staff. Lessonly is a start but really doesn't provide the same kind of growth and development as live workshops do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been employed by this company for over 2 years and am considered a top performer. To not have received a pay increase (even to cover the additional cost of benefits) demonstrates that I am a cog in the wheel and not valued for my contributions.
