Closing and being able to learn something new.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are senior, share a ton of history together and can certainly relate to one another. We can also give each other constructive feedback without upsetting any egos.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know from experience that our Base salary is well below what other sales organizations offer to similar people in the same role. However I do believe that our OTEs make it possible to make up the gap difference. I do however appreciate the recent raise we just received.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can only speak to the leadership team I work with directly. In my opinion I think they do a good job of listening to our feedback and care about providing us with a proper work-life balance. I appreciate their hands off approach and trust that we are doing our jobs to the best of our ability.
