I have been lucky enough to be on a fast track to career development, with management experience very early on. I am now part of a strategic team that makes decisions for our entire CS organization, which is a forum I am proud to be part of. I have had managers and mentors who've invested in me.

Meltwater's salaries and OTE is much lower than similar tech companies in comparable positions.

Being part of a high performing and inspiring team who is constantly looking to improve and adapt.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The CX team I work with now is a team of highly intelligent, impressive, dynamic and competent people. I am inspired by their innovation, think outside-of-the-box ideas, which Meltwater has historically neglected and favored 'doing this as they've always been done'.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have always felt personally invested in by Kaveh Rostampor, and have been put on a path for development and success, based on my expressed interests and needs. I am forever grateful for the opportunities, learning experiences, and personal/professional development I have gained from Meltwater.
