Meltwater – What's great about Meltwater are the people and the culture. But I believe that more and more decision made are very contradictory to culture (petty, greedy, etc). The company expects very high standards from people, but does not have very high standards as a company. Shit equipment, no phones, etc. | Comparably

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

As said Meltwater is still a great place to work, but not a good employer. It is made up of great people across the globe that makes working here fun. But compared to other employers Meltwater is cheap and very cynical. We have a very strong culture, but it is because of great people on the ground.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Again, all the great people!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't think anyone is excited to go to work every day.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well, looking at other companies our salaries are way below average. For people in direct sales, the commission on collection (which in itself makes sense) has been a terrible deteriorate when it comes to salary. Every month I feel like Meltwater is tricking me out of thousands, by manipulation of #
