I enjoy working at Meltwater and I appreciate my colleagues but I do feel at a certain point there are limited opportunities to grow. Certain management choices are also made on sales performance and perhaps not the best fit which can have a long lasting negative impact.

I appreciate how transparent the team is. I also feel that people make themselves available if approached directly.

My team is forward thinking and positive. There is a winning mentality and we all care for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Meltwater is quite behind in terms of not having annual salary reviews. People should be paid based on their performance and contribution and an annual review allows this to happen. The same basic for management irrespective of experience and not taking inflation into account is tough.
