I genuinely enjoy my daily interactions with my coworkers - across functions, experience levels and geographies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Meltwater have been brilliant since I have returned from maternity leave, allowing me to use my unused holiday to work part time. This has made a huge difference to me and my family and I very much appreciate it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is great that my team are all in a similar stage of life to me. They are Meltwater veterans who care passionately about performance but are also raising young families. This creates a work environment that is both inspiring and supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the amount of home-grown talent on the leadership team. For example, it is inspiring to have seen John Box rise all the way through the ranks to CEO. He understands our products and sales process inside out, and I know that his decisions are made thoughtfully.
