Clear goals and very ambitious. Approve the direction of the company. Great lines of communication, and feel like my voice is heard.

Seeing colleagues win. A huge deal is made for wins big or small, and being a part of this is very rewarding

Directly reflects the work we are doing in the role. Very fair pay, incentivized to work harder, but not unrealistic or unfair in any way.

Very professional and hard working role models on the work side, but tons of fun to interact with more casually around the office/outside the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear vision, with good decision after good decision aligning with the cause. They're also clearly genuine people who care about the work they're doing and who they do it with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Significantly lower than industry standards. GTM relaunch last year cut pay by roughly one third, partially due to poorer results that the GTM launch and the chaos behind it brought on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very tuned in to every single client and spend time working to improve their experience regularly. Each client gets amazing treatment, setting expectations for us. Great role models and leading by example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feel so integrated with everyone across the globe. If I was pulled out of my office and placed in one across the world, I know I'd fit in and would be appreciated. Culture is just so strong.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomy and ownership over tasks. This allows you to feel like your decisions actually make an impact, and work becomes much more engaging when you're invested in it. If you faulter, you'll be supported, and if you succeed, your wins will be celebrated.
