I love it! There are one or two things that need to be adjusted ie what they expect from you versus how much you are paid. But overall really enjoy working for Meltwater

They allow working autonomously and let you run with your own ideas

Getting together. In the past year culture has taken a knock because of WFH
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase in salary and benefits for the more senior you are in the company. A lot of talent is lost due to poor pay
