I have truly loved the 3.5 years I've been here. That's not to say there have not been failures or setbacks. In those times of failure I've always felt very supported which is not always the case in other work environments.

My overall experience has been incredibly positive. There are a ton of wonderful companies you could work for but Meltwater offers something truly unique & special that keeps our amazing workforce here & helps us recruit amazing additions over the years.

Bonuses in tandem with commission

The knowledge that each day I will learn something - No 2 days should be the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We knowledge share & want everyone to succeed. There are no sharp elbows, just rooting for one another across departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent and gives a lot of responsibility/trust to those who are not on the leadership team as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On the sales team we're paid a very via a competitive commission structure & have great bonuses in place to encourage team work.

It was difficult but I enjoyed how interactive it was. Gave me realistic expectations, was very transparent, and got me even more excited to work here!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Moro enere & resp being core pillars of our M-Community make it a very positive environment. People are looking to have fun while growing & being #1.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all a family. We win & lose together there is no "us" vs. "them". Every department & team respects one another and understands the value everyone else brings to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They run a people first company thinking of employees, how they can push everyone to be there best both inside & outside the office. They bring that same mentality to the work we do with clients, pushing them to innovate & move away from the status quo.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The entire Meltwater team is very dedicated to our values & culture. Putting culture first allows all other things to fall into place. We all work hard, are aspiring to improve (YoY growth, diversity, etc.) So it's amazing being in an environment where we're always striving to do better!
