Meltwater has a unique blend of culture that permeates into every office worldwide. It's place as a Global leader in the industry and its' European roots seem to have a positive effect on Culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a SaS company though non-sales teams are undervalued compared to pre-dominantly sales roles. This made sense some 10 years ago but in order to retain clients Tech related positions need to be valued higher imo. Although changes have been made in recent years
