Pay dependent on skills as opposed to Tier. I haven't received a raise since I started, yet have repeatedly met and oftentimes exceeded KPIs

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Good opportunity to learn by doing and to see your accomplishments come to fruition if you're effective. Once I understood that expectations of knowledge didn't equal training to gain knowledge, it freed me from asking colleagues for help. There is some joy in completing daily self-assigned tasks.
