What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers. I also love our product and speaking with happy clients.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that executive leadership is high-energy and adaptable to any changes that get thrown our way. I also like that they operate with modern perspectives.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone's super young and super fun. We all hang out together outside of work and have each others backs and are genuine friends outside of the workplace

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think definitely the people are what makes a company, and I love my coworkers. I think sometimes executive leadership needs to set clearer goals and display some more consistency when it comes to operating the different offices across the country.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think MW definitely needs to pay more competitively. We lose out on such amazing talent simply because of this. I also think our sales compensation plan could be improved. It's too complicated and it's silly to me we don't get paid on every single dollar we sell.
