The ability to be honest with yourself, your team and leadership about your goals, personal issues, stress, etc. Being able to trust your team is very important to me.

My favorite thing about our leadership team is how much they care about our goals both professional and personal. They genuinely want to help me reaching those goals and challenge me to new ones.
