- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?fair compensation for my role at other companies is considerably higher and the ability to work from home full time has been removed. Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better healthcare options (BCBS) would be nice. Having a way to be promoted or any sort of career advancement. Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.
