Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.
