Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay at nCino simply isn't competitive any longer since the shift in the job market due to COVID. I believe this is going to cause nCino to have issues retaining talent if not remedied sooner than later.

My team is very down to earth and humble. We are all willing to help each other out and continue learning new things together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Succinct and to the point, 2 interviews, a Salesforce assessment and a thorough back ground check. Whole process took a month from first application to hire.

I enjoyed meeting the team and understanding what they were looking for in the role I was applying for. Interviewing should be a conversation about what each party is expecting from the other and that is exactly what it felt like.
