What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite part about our leadership team is how honest and transparent they are. They always share information with us as soon as they are able and the lines of communication are kept open. I love our monthly town halls and end of month emails from Noah. Communication is their strong suit!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me and the short and long term incentives. I love getting a bonus that is based on both my own individual performance as well as the performance of the company - and that it is paid out twice a year! I also enjoy being offered RSU's which keeps me invested in the company long-term.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so intelligent and truly invested in making the company a better place to work. I also love that I can truly be myself around them and I genuinely enjoy the people that I work with day in and day out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that OnDeck is a culture of learning. Most people genuinely want to continuously improve on themselves and grow their knowledge and skills in their area of work. I also love all of the office events and happy hours that bring people together.

We take the time to promote our culture and collaboration within OnDeck and outside of OnDeck. Outside of your day to day, you're encouraged to collaborate with teams outside of your own. OnDeck allocates dollars for guest speakers, trainings, sport and community teams, volunteering efforts+.

The people I work with! It's so easy to build relationships with people in all departments and it's great to have people that make you laugh everywhere you go.
