What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is dedicated to making sure people are paid current market rates. Compensation includes a bonus that is directly tied to things under my control.

It's well rounded. My base is competitive, I have the ability to earn additional bonus and my benefits are outstanding. The most exciting aspect is the equity.

There was constant communication from the recruiter so I always knew where I was in the process. The interview was a deep conversation about my skills and experience and what I am looking for in a job, career, and team. There were no brain-teaser questions or attempts to trip me up.
