What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Untrustworthy leadership. Several times there would be a commitment for improvements and they never followed through. Complaints were not followed up on. Low employee morale and lack of appreciation for good work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Oportun stands on a top notch compared to all the companies that I have worked earlier. There is lot of transparency, and people here are very supportive and Leadership encourages you to adapt new technologies. As a Fast growing company the environment is super cool.

HR leadership and some of the executive team like CFO and HR exec

What did you like most about the interview process?
The objective was clear about the areas where I need to work. Considering my professional experience there was a very good discussion to know the areas that I am strong at.

Even though I was interviewed during Jan 2020 - Everything was in zoom.no personal interview coming to office and taking interview which saves my time
