Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Grades should be aligned across divisions and department, ie Director level in one department is the equivalent of an Associate Director in another, thus compensation is different even though responsibilities are comparable

Senior leaders are approachable and there are less hierarchy levels, thus even the lower grades can have person interactions with senior leaders. it is also makes for quicker decision making.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many systems, hardly and training on the systems, bad to nonexistant support when there are problems or questions regarding any of the systems. Data is spread out across multiple, often times redundant systems, and data organization and maintenance is not consistent across systems.
