I have worked at the company for 6 years, and generally enjoy my experience and my relationship with the managers. It is frusterating however to see other businesses in the area offering starting wages at $15/hour, when i have been so loyal for so long to this company and do not make nearly as much.

I dont remember much about it, but i found it pretty casual and unitimidating
