Working ah Panera was one of the most exhausting places to work. Employees that have been there for a long time are overworked and underpaid while new hires make more and do nothing. Dont bother asking for a raise either management will laugh at you behind your back and give it to others instead.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop standing around, eating food off line and help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying their employees who have been there longer the appropriate amount, stop talking to other employees about other employees pay, stop slacking and help people on line, stop going to other stores to pick up supplies for 4 hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel unvalued because employees that just started are making more than me and I am the one training them and picking up their slack when they constantly call out. I asked for a raise to compensate so I would not have to work two jobs and management gave it to TWO OTHER employees.
