Good Place to work at, but from my experience management at 99% resturants. They will take advantage of you, and overall cause 5x the stress and annoyance needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very calm and welcoming! Sat me down, offered me a free meal, very quick and straight to the point. Left me with no questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some managers are amazing, treat you like family, while others will treat you like complete garbage no matter what you do for them and how hard you work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are so many new employees due to many people leaving because of management, that sometimes we mess up orders, or take long on orders, so they get fiesty really quickly because they are hungry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most co-workers are very friendly and like to work with each other! There will be some you don't get along with, but no matter where you work there will always be at least one you don't get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some employees, including myself, are really good at the job, so makes life so much easier and enjoyable. We are able to get things done correctly and fast, while also able to have fun by making jokes and just talking and bonding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am arguably the most reliable, hard-working employee, and new hires will make $1 less than me while I have been at the company for years. They will get raises every few months, while i have to beg just to get $0.50 extra.
