My schedule is changed without notice and I am expected to stay 30-60 minutes after my shift ends. Some of the managers have created a toxic work environment where they make homophobic comments, regularly curse out employees, watch inappropriate videos, etc. I also got exposed to covid due to them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of them genuinely care and I can go to them with my problems and they'll listen and help. Honestly, them and a few coworkers are the only reason I've stayed so long.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything lol When all workers openly talk about quitting that's a pretty good indicator that things are bad. Get some actually good management and for the love of all that's holy get cleaning supplies that actually work. And proper training for everyone.
