If you go to school and have a wonky schedule i wouldn't think its a good fit. Managers are somewhat disrespectful to their employees. They are rude to employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My school schedule has been a big change. I had to let them know that i cant work on weekdays and i get disrespected from my managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are amazing. When we are in a rush, if someone isnt on the register then the other worker is getting bagels cut, getting pastries, or slicing loafs of bread. We keep communicating on what needs what.
