Because the cafe's are corporate, they management is awful, the guidelines don't work for anyone unless you're a higher up employee, they don't care about their employee's, only making money, worst work environment I have ever been in
What did you like most about the interview process?
the managers asked very appropriate questions and even asked things like what kind of food we like, the positions we aspire to rise too etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
employee's are over worked and treated badly by management which leads us to be exhausted and not caring about the job anymore, which effects the experience customers have directly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to start thinking about employee's mental health and taking it into consideration, and actually working with us and helping instead of only worrying about the customers and money
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some coworkers are either lazy, and don't do their job correctly and don't get any tips from management for betterment, and others feel entitled and like they have the right to treat other employees with disrespect.
