What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability and responsibility and leadership which none have right now. How cam these people manage staff without these skills. Change maagers and management team. Training for managers is zero
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire mamagers that have leadeship skills and hold themselves accountable and take responsibility for their actions. Managers cannot be managers if even the basic skills are not there it's like the dumb driven cattle
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If the maager showed uo for the meeting would be awsome but it's lore like o showed on even before the given ser time amd she called out and no other manager could have or conduct the meeting so i wated my gas drivong and leaving the place.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the manager can be present for the meeting once the manager calls for one that woukd be the place to start, mamager needs to he held accoutqnle if they set up meeting with an employees and didn't turn up or if somethimg personal came up then another manager should conduct the meeting
