I am expected to do the work of 3 people for less pay than competitive positions. They also hire inexperienced people for positions so they can pay them less. The person who they hired to replace me gets paid a dollar an hour less than I do for the same job.
If you are going to hire someone, do not conduct interviews at 12am midnight, also they make you come in after tge initial interview to watch them bake for an hour. It was a waste of time since they hired me anyway. The way they interview is inconsistent from person to person as well.
