Communication and team work as well as personal accountability.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love baking, but it's hard to donwhen the daily oroduct comes in inconsistent and underqulity every day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A better example set by managers. The majority of the staff are still ternagers, so if the managers just sit and play on their phones in the office all day, the teen employees have no incentive to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am expected to do the work of 3 people for less pay than competitive positions. They also hire inexperienced people for positions so they can pay them less. The person who they hired to replace me gets paid a dollar an hour less than I do for the same job.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
If you are going to hire someone, do not conduct interviews at 12am midnight, also they make you come in after tge initial interview to watch them bake for an hour. It was a waste of time since they hired me anyway. The way they interview is inconsistent from person to person as well.
