I find myself being put in the position to pick up for the slack of my coworkers. It is a very apparent situation as a few other hard working employees like myself see this which means the managers can see it and so do the cameras. Ive talked to my manager about this but it all comes back to HR.

They are people who sometimes make my job easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am able to grow as a person due to the skills I obtain.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They only do the bare minimum and the managers dont say anything about it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are not paid enough and others have to pick up slack for others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is apparent I work harder than other employees and I would like to be compensated as I do not think it is fair we get paid the same and they do 1/3 of what I do.
