There really isn't. If your one of the ones the managers like it's smooth sailing, if not they will make life borderline unbearable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to work harder to respect their employee's time. It's unreasonable to make us check in with a manager to leave, but that same manager can just delegate more work before you can ask to leave. I have a family I want to see as well
