It's demeaning to come to work and put so much time and effort into a store for my managers to be rude and disrespectful to me. To micromanage and try their hardest to find something wrong with my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't much positives in our store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i got the hours promised and my paychecks didn't look like they were cut in half so I didn't make the money I worked for.
