My coworkers are amazing and hard workers. They give their best effort and work with all they have to handle. We all work together as a team very well and cooldnt ask for better coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im treated unfairly compared to the work i do for the company. Im not used to my abilities. Im underestimated here. I would feel a lot better if thw managers listen to their employees and use them to their best abilities and respect them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our franchise manager is picking the wrong people to manage our store. Theyre not considering our availabilities or schedules or personal lives. Some of our managers are creepy ans perverted and our franchise manager doesnt do anything about our complaints. Our store is unorganized and disgusting.
